Summary: JiuKong Advance Ledger is local-first. Without cross-platform sharing, ledger data stays on-device; shared data is end-to-end encrypted on-device with AES-256-GCM before upload.
Ledger data
The app may contain names, amounts, dates, notes, repayment history, monthly settings, and settlement information you enter. Ledger contents are not provided to Google AdMob, Apple, or Google Play for ad targeting. Without a shared ledger, ledger data stays on your device.
Cross-platform sharing
When sharing is enabled, the server stores only encrypted ledger ciphertext, access-verification material derived from the share secret, and required service metadata such as revision and update time. The root secret capable of decrypting the ledger is not sent to the sync server. Anyone with the complete share code can decrypt the shared ledger, so share it only through trusted channels.
Advertising and purchases
The free version uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google Mobile Ads SDK may process device information, IP address, ad interaction, diagnostics, and advertising-related identifiers as needed to operate its service. iOS purchases are processed by Apple App Store / StoreKit and Android purchases by Google Play Billing; JiuKong Labs does not directly receive your full payment-card number.
Service providers
The sync backend may use Cloudflare Workers / D1. Cloudflare may process network metadata such as IP address and request timestamps to operate and secure the service. Google provides advertising and consent management; Apple or Google Play processes payments.
Retention and deletion
You manage local data on your devices. Encrypted shared-ledger ciphertext is retained by the sync backend so authorized devices can continue syncing. To delete a server-side shared ledger, email jiukonglabs@gmail.com with only the Ledger ID (UUID), never the secret.
